OUR EVENT HOTEL
Our Location has not changed, but the hotel brand has! The management staff we have worked with remains in place and our room rates and contract are still the same!
HOWEVER, WE have a connection in the hotel who may be able to finagle some extra rooms for us. Contact Tori at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Facebook to get details. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL - Contact Tori so we can work out a transfer!
Our host hotel has kicked it up a notch, we're pleased to announce that reservations in our room block will INCLUDE parking for one vehicle per room! The Red Lion Hotel is offering TIERED rates for early reservations for single kings and double rooms! From now through December 31, 2017, the room block rate is just $75.00/night. January 1, 2018, the rate goes to $82.00/night. On April 1, 2018 until the room block closes on October 15th, the rate goes to $89.00/night.
Suites are not on a tiered rate but are still discounted - a one bedroom suite is just $159.00/night, and a two-bedroom is $209.00/night.
The room block rate is good for three days before the event and three days after too, so there's no need to rush in at the last moment, or leave in a hurry, if you'd like to spend more time relaxing in the area. And once again, our room block starts on the 2nd floor with the hospitality and social rooms and goes up!

We do not have the whole hotel reserved, therefore, we advise you to reserve your room early! There is no charge to reserve your room. Cancellations and refunds will be handled per Red Lion corporate policy.
We have not been informed of a change in policy regarding pets, so assume for now that the Red Lion is NOT "pet friendly. Service animals are welcome, please let the hotel know when making your reservation if you will be bringing a service animal with you. We will advise you if we learn about a new policy.
