Leather History Preservation Weekend
Support the event while boosting your business!
Each attendee of the event will receiving a program book, and your business can be highlighted within. The program is digest sized, printed on 8-1/2" x 11" paper, providing 4 pages per sheet.
The back cover, and the inside front and back covers, are premium spaces and will be printed in color at no charge. Inside pages are normally printed in black & white, but for a $20.00 up charge, we will gladly upgrade the inside ads to color.
Pricing is as follows:
Back Cover* (8-1/2" x 5-1/2") - $120
Inside Front or Back Cover (8-1/2" x 5-1/2") - $100
Full Page, Inside (8-1/2" x 5-1/2") - $80.00
Centerfold Spread (8-1/2" x 11" double page) - $120.00
Half Page, Inside (4-1/4" x 5-1/2") - $40.00
Quarter Page, Vertical (standard format) (4-1/4" x 2-3/4") - $25.00
Quarter Page Horizontal (banner format) (2-1/8" x 5-1/2") - $25.00
*This space is prioritized for the Program Book Sponsor. The Sponsor may elect to not use the space. If the back cover is used by the Sponsor, the advertiser may elect to move to another available space and have the difference refunded, or may receive a full refund of the fee.
The color upgrade charge is uniform, regardless of the advertisement size because of the printing cost. Printers charge as much for adding color to 1/4 of the page as for adding it to the whole page.
Advertising copy and artwork must be submitted NO LATER THAN 10/10/18.
Ads can be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to our physical address.
Artwork submitted via email must be in .png, .jpg, or .pdf formats. Text copy may be submitted in .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf or .pdf formats. Payment may be made through PayPal - email@example.com, or via check or money order mailed to our physical address below. Please note: Payment by check must be received no later than 10/3/2017 to allow the check to clear before our publishing deadline.

Donations to Leather History Preservation Foundation are NOW tax deductible! Donations to our general fund are appreciated, and applied to our event production costs. Donations specificly for our Scholarship Fund may be made by commenting Scholarships or Scholarship Fund in the donation comments..
