OUR EVENT HOTEL

LHPF is pleased to announce our return to the

Hotel, High Point!

We were able to hold the line on any price increases, and our room block rate is just $89.00/night for the comfortable and spacious doubles or single king rooms. That room rate should be good for three days before the event and three days after too, so there's no need to rush in at the last moment, or leave in a hurry, if you'd like to spend more time relaxing in the area. And once again, our room block starts on the 2nd floor with the hospitality and social rooms and goes up! We're working with the hotel trying to arrange a discounted rate for suites as well!

We sold out our room block last year! October is a VERY busy time for events in High Point, and we do not have the whole hotel reserved, therefore, we advise you to reserve your room early! You will not be charged until checkout.

Remember: The Radisson is not "pet friendly", however they will be glad to accomodate service animals if you let them know when you make your reservation.

Weekend Crew Opportunities

Leather History Preservation Weekend could not happen without a lot of work! Our dedicated Board and staff need a lot of crew members to help make everything happen. From load-in to load-out, we need event security, dungeon crew, room monitors, ALS interpreters, hospitality helpers and more! Everyone chips in to make this event happen, but we do offer crew a discount on event registration. If you would like to learn more about these opportunities, contact:
